and...the OrSVP Box office opens 1 hour before each performance.
OrSVP TICKETING POLICIES
- All sales are final. Purchased tickets do not have any monetary value and there are no refunds.
- Ticket exchanges will be made at the discretion of the box office manager. All exchanges must be exchanged for another performance of the SAME show and must be processed by noon on the day of the original ticket. No exchanges will be made after noon on the day of the original ticket. No exchanges will be made for a performance of a different show in the season. Ticket exchanges can be made by emailing the box office at info@orsvp.org and leaving us a message. Once the ticket is exchanged the original ticket will no longer be valid and a new ticket will be emailed to the email on file.
- All audience members must have a ticket and be able to produce their ticket upon request.
- Tickets may not be sold by a third party without express permission from ORSVP in advance. Any ticket sold without permission will be made invalid and will not grant admission to its owner.
- Upon arrival at the show please present your ticket(s) to the box office so they can be “checked in” to the system. Tickets can be printed or presented as a digital copy on the audience members phone or electronic device.
- In the event that ORSVP is forced to cancel a performance due to weather or other circumstances – ticket holders will be contacted to arrange for their tickets to be moved to another performance of the same show.
-If using a coupon code or discount it must be entered during the original sale - refunds will not be given for the portion of the sale that should have been discounted.
-Season Pass Holders will be issued individual tickets for all three shows. After which ticket exchanges follow the same procedure as regular tickets.
NOTICES AND ADVISORIES
- ORSVP presents our shows in an outdoor amphitheater. We recommend bringing a jacket and/ or blankets to keep warm on colder nights.
- Audience members are welcome to bring cushions, stadium chairs etc to use as they watch the show. ORSVP also has cushions available on a first come first served basis.
- Seating for the show is not assigned and is on a first come first served bases. The Box office opens approximately 45 minutes before each performance.
- ORSVP asks that out of respect for the cast and crew and fellow audience members that all electronic devices are silenced or turned off during the show. We thank you for your consideration.
- Recording and photography of any kind is strictly prohibited due to agreements with the rights holders of the plays.
- ORSVP asks that our audience helps us keep the amphitheater and its surrounding area clean by picking up after themselves and putting trash and recycling in the receptacles at the rear of the Box Office.
- Concessions will be sold before the show and at intermission.
